Medicine Wheel Workshop

What a fabulous afternoon doing this workshop with meditation, drumming and chanting then a blessing played by Yvonne and Lynne on their flutes. Offerings to Spirit were also given by everyone. There were plenty of spiritual orbs welcoming the event too. After there was sandwiches, cake and tea enjoy.ed. Ka'Sheba was there representing the four legs animal kingdom.
