IMPORTANT INFORMATION

May 14, 2020

When church services can resume there will be certain restrictions in place, they are as follows:

1.

If you have any signs of a cough, cold or you feel unwell in any way please do not come to church as you will be turned away.

2.

We ask that you maintain the 2 meter distance rules when you can.

3.

ENTRY INTO CHURCH

You will be met at the main door by Lynne and you will be asked if you have the correct entry money for a Thursday service if at all possible.

At the moment we are keeping the Thursday entry fee at £5 but ask that if at all possible you donate another £1  This is because being an independent church we have to raise our own funds in order to keep the doors open of this lovely church.  So please if you can pay that little bit extra it will be much appreciated as our last service was on March 8th 2020

Sunday service still remains with a free will donation but again that little bit extra would be much appreciated.

4.

As you then come into the main hall of the church Yvonne will spray both of your hands and take a temperature check. All being well you can then have a seat.

You will notice that every other row of chairs have been taken away to allow for social distancing.  Only two people will be allowed on each row.

At the moment we can only seat 24 people, as and when social distance is eased we can then put more chairs out into the rows.

5.

If you wish to wear a mask in church that is o.k. as we realise it would be difficult to sing wearing one.  So at the moment services will take a slightly different format with prayers, readings, music meditation and clairvoyant messages given.

6.

Unfortunately there will be NO refreshment available, but by all means you can bring a small bottle of juice for your own personal use.

7.

When the service is over you will exit the church from the side door near the kitchen.

8.

We are making the church environment as safe as we can and look forward to seeing as many of you that can come along and support us as and when lock-down on churches is lifted.

9.

In place of the Healing book if you wish to add names to our Absent Healing page on the church website then please let Yvonne or Lynne have the names and they will be added.

As has already been said chair capacity during this difficult time is a maximum of 24 chairs for the congregation.

So please stay safe everyone and look forward to seeing you soon at church.

Yvonne Stanbridge

President
